Enhancement requests go through a process in which it's approved or discarded. If approved, it goes to our in-house development team or the vendor.
You submit the idea to ServiceNow
The Global Governance Board reviews and approves the idea
The idea goes into JIRA.
If the work is to be done by Sage, it goes into backlog for it to be scheduled to a sprint.
If the work is to be done by RightAnswers, we submit it through their enhancement process.
The work is scheduled, completed, and communicated through a release.
